What is Package Tracking?
Provides tracking updates as an item travels to its destination, including the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery. Available online or at your Post Office depending on the mail class. There is no additional charge.
How to schedule a package pickup?
Customers can submit a free Package Pickup request to us to have prepaid Express Mail, Priority Mail, International Mail, and Return Service packages picked up the next delivery day as part of the carrier’s normal route
When I attempted to track my shipment, I received an invalid code error message. Why?
There could be various reasons. Our Tracking code for Time Definite shipments is a 5 to 14 digit alpha-numeric code, so please recheck the number and try again.
The tracking results are showing that my shipment is going to a different destination. Why is this?
The Pickup and Delivery destinations shown on Prime Cargo Shipping’s tracking results are based on the destination of the Service Station location providing for pickup and delivery. Please be assured that your shipment is being delivered to the destination provided by you when you completed the waybill for your shipment(s).
What can I do if my parcel hasn't been delivered?
You can find the mail class by entering the Maezza Freight Service Tracking number and looking up “Product Information. Also, if your item has a status of “Alert,” a delay could have occurred because of weather-related and other natural disasters or events. In this case, please check Maezza Freight Service Service Alerts first.
Is there a quarantine for international mail coming to the US and if so, how long?
The Postal Service is not embargoing mail coming into the United States. We have been notified by numerous international Posts that they are not allowing mail to enter or exit their countries.
